5 Amazing No Bake Dessert Balls (Recipes)

If you don’t have a lot of time to make cookies, these balls are the perfect solution! Not only are they easy to make (it’s minutes), they are also delicious, soft and creamy! These ball cakes (small bombs) are the ideal for all occasions. Simply mix all the ingredients until you have a consistent dough, shape the balls, decorate as you wish, let them stand for a few hours, and enjoy the fantastic taste of these mini sweets!

1. Coffee Beans

250 grams of sugar
0,75 dl water
125 grams of butter
100 grams of ground walnuts
100 grams of ground biscuits
50 grams of chocolate
2 teaspoons of ground coffee

For decoration:
100 grams of chocolate
3 tablespoons of oil

Boil sugar and water. Add the butter and whisk until it is dissolved. Add ground walnuts, biscuits, chocolate and coffee until the mass is consistent. When the mixture has cooled, form small balls and imprint the center of each ball with a toothpick to form a coffee bean. Decoration: Melt chocolate and soak each grain and remove to cool.

2. Rum Balls

200 grams of granulated sugar
200 grams of butter
300 grams of ground biscuits
100 grams of chocolate
200 grams of coconut flour
2 tablespoons rum

1 dl  milk

For decoration:
4 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp powdered sugar

In hot milk, melt sugar, butter and chocolate. Add the ground biscuits, coconut flour and rum to the mixture. From chilled dough form balls. Decoration: Combine cocoa powder and powdered sugar for coating rum balls.

3. Oreo balls

36 oreo biscuits (crushed)
200 grams of neutral cream cheese

For decoration:
150 grams of white chocolate
5-6 tbsp oil

Mix crushed biscuits with cream cheese. Decoration: Melt the white chocolate with oil and pour the balls over.

4. Jaffa Balls

400 grams of cocoa flavored biscuits
150 ml of orange juice
2 tbsp of apricot jam
20 grams of chocolate for cooking
grated orange peel
1 tablespoon of honey

For decoration:
100 grams of ground biscuits 

Mix the ground biscuits and orange juice, add honey, jam and melted chocolate, and finally add the grated orange peel. Make a consistent mass, refrigerate for 30 minutes and then shape the balls. Decoration: Roll into a ground biscuit.

5. Rafaelo Balls

200 grams of water
500 grams of sugar
500 grams powdered milk
250 grams butter
250 grams of coconut flour
100 grams of hazelnut

For decoration:
150 grams of coconut flour

Boil the water and then add the sugar, butter and wait for it to melt. Add the powdered milk, coconut flour, mix well (to avoid lumps in the mixture) and allow to cool. Make balls of that dough and place hazelnut in the center. Decoration: Roll into coconut flour and refrigerate to tighten.
