Here’s a suggestion for a week of smoothies that taste like heaven!

1. Moroccan Avocado

Ingredients

  • ½ avocado, mashed
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 300ml almond milk
  • 2 strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

 

2. Creamy Mango

Ingredients

  • 1 mango, peeled and pitted
  • 1 medium peach
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • 5 almonds
  • 2 tsp honey

 

3. Blackberry Mint

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 ice cubes

4. Strawberry Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 2 cup strawberry juice
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 2 small banana
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

 

5. Purple Hawaiian

  • 1 cup fresh/frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3  ice cubes

7. Cocoa Coffee 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup cold coffee
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 dates pits removed
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup ice
